Joel S. Iskiwitch
A seasoned executive, Mr. Iskiwitch currently serves on the board of The Scholarship Foundation and the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra. His past boards include Edgewood Children's Center, Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, Friends of the St. Louis Art Museum, St. Louis Hope House, Craft Alliance, and Jewish Family and Children's Service. He has served as a board President at The Scholarship Foundation. On each board he has been a leader in growing organizations through committees such as investment, finance, and board development. Mr. Iskiwitch's passion for growing board member engagement builds the ability of executive directors to accomplish many milestones.
Mr. Iskiwitch been an officer of two life insurance companies. He holds a B.S. from University of Pennsylvania and a J.D. from Washington University. He is a licensed attorney and CPA.
Tom M. Horlacher
For over 25 years, Mr. Horlacher has been working for and advising companies on strategic issues. His background includes working for two Fortune 100 companies and now three boutique consulting firms. J.T. Clayton is the 2nd firm Mr. Horlacher has founded.
Mr. Horlacher is the past President of the Board of Trustees at The Wilson School. His past boards include Beyond Housing, St. Michael's Houses, and the vestry of The Church of St. Michael and St. George. He has taken an active role in raising performance to higher levels via committee work in areas such as finance, development, board development, and long range planning.
Mr. Horlacher relishes working with boards and organizations finding new ways to achieve success. His skills include developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, identifying and integrating partners, assessing talent, and building high performing teams. He has consulted with organizations on a variety of strategic, governance, and leadership issues.
Mr. Horlacher holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from University of Michigan and an MBA from Washington University.
